DEVELOPER/TESTER
Why join the Flight Management System (FMS) team?
As a junior embedded software developer, you will be involved in the full development life cycle of various flight management software. The FMS team, designs custom software for our commercial and military customers. Whether it is for an aircraft or a helicopter, you will contribute to raising the industry standards in flight path efficiency.
As a Junior Embedded Software Developer you will:
Participate in the development of new avionics software solutions that will revolutionize the aerospace industry in accordance with company and industry standard methodologies (military and/or commercial);
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (analysis, documentation design, code and test);
Support and resolve multiple technical challenges related to new and existing technologies;
Participate in software design and peer reviews, as quality and teamwork are essential to us;
Will ensure your personal progress to stay on the cutting edge of technology:
Manage different software configurations, MKS (Source Integrity Enterprise) or SVN;
Management of links between documentation and specifications (DOORS);
Automatic testing tools and VectorCast;
To take off, you must:
Have a Bachelor's degree in software engineering or applied computer science;
AND
Have between 0 and 3 years of experience in embedded software development;
Have completed projects or an internship in C++ and C object-oriented programming;
Have a good understanding of embedded programming and object-oriented programming;
Good written communication skills in English;
